We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the item is defective or for some reason did not function properly we will happily accept a return. Please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your bank account. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us with the “order confirmation email” for proof of purchase. A shipping label will be sent to you via email that will cover all return shipping fees. A return shipping label is at zero cost to you if the item is faulty. If the item is not faulty, then we can not cover the return label fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any damage or defective item will be replaced immediately at no cost to you.

Exchanges
Once you have returned an item to us and received your refund you are more than welcome to go ahead and make a separate purchase for your new desired item.
Order Cancelation
Order cancellation needs to be within the first 24 hours of purchase time. We will not be able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped out.

Refunds
You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once approved.
